Once you have placed your order we can update you every step of the way with our timed courier delivery, smart phone live tracking, text and email service. Please provide your mobile number and email address where required and we will do the rest. As well as keeping you informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. Our preferred courier provides access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before. If you need to make a last minute change you can select an alternative day, opt for delivery to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a specific place, etc.
NB: In some cases deliveries may be handed off by our courier to another party in areas such as the Highlands. Where this occurs we may not be able to provide specified timed deliveries.
Some orders are too small to send by courier and will not be on the predicted service. Items sent via Royal Mail will be on a Standard or Next Day signed for service.
As an example the average cost is £4.99 for mainland 2 - 3 day deliveries.
Delivery prices are quoted according to the destination and weight of the carton or pallet. A price will be provided when you click on the specific product 'Buy' button and subsequently complete all items required to the basket. Once the delivery postcode is input, the website will calculate and offer the most cost effective services for you.
When applicable, promotions apply to UK mainland only and exclude products already on offer, below the recommended retail price. Promotions may exclude certain product categories.
Standard delivery is 2 - 3 days unless otherwise stated or customer selected.
Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery is available Monday - Friday, order to be placed before 14:30 hrs. We will make every effort to provide this service for orders placed shortly after the cut off time but otherwise prioritised for dispatch on the following day. If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we’ll offer you these options at the checkout (excludes bank holidays)
Where a third party direct dispatch is passed to a manufacturing supplier, we may be governed by their earlier cut off times and as such will be beyond our control.
In all cases, we cannot guarantee this service for reasons which may occur beyond our control
International shipment is available but some products are excluded for logistical reasons. If the website does not allow you to continue with your order please email us for assistance.
Out Of Stock Items
Unfortunately this sometimes happens when a particular product is suddenly in demand. If for any reason we cannot complete you order on time we will notify you straight away.
