Gardenature Service Update

We are are experiencing an unprecedented number of orders at the current time and therefore some items may take just a little longer to get to you than they usually would.
Whilst our warehouse operatives are handling most dispatches for an 'on time' delivery, please do bear in mind that office staff are working from home so there are less hands on deck than we would like of course!
In general, we are experiencing a 250% higher work load and we have 30% of our staff misplaced, so please do be patient. We kindly request that you do not order on a next day service unless its urgent as it just increases pressure, we will however honour next day service requests but they cannot always be guaranteed.
Please be assured that we are doing our best to maintain 'business as usual' at the high level of service our customers have come to expect from Gardenature. There are just a few product lines that we are waiting on with a short term delay and so these items are labelled as 'Out of Stock' with the ability for you to still place a back order. Longer term items are set to 'Enquire Only' as some of our suppliers cannot provide firm dates for certain product replenishment and so these products are temporarily unavailable to order.
