Covid19 Gardenature Service Update

  • The current situation is causing some stock issues and we are posting items as 'Out of Stock' where supply is depleted for a long or unknown term.
  • All orders including 'Next Day' deliveries will be handled promptly to the best of our abilities. Please keep in mind that we have no control over 3rd party suppliers not being able to fulfill our orders, courier delays, unexpected events or sickness.
  • We have members of staff working remotely but Gardenature continues to operate daily dispatches fulfilling website orders for as long it is safe to do so, or that we are otherwise directed by the Government. 
  • If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order we will offer you a full and immediate refund, or you may choose to let us deliver your order as soon as items become available again (dates may not be known).
  • Our staff are stringently observing Covid-19 hygiene and safe distancing rules, we are therefore not as efficiently placed as we would usually be for both external and internal communications. 
  • We will continue to monitor and observe processes with the best of intention to serve our customers, all operation is of course subject to circumstantial change at any given time.
